Refund window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason. For subscriptions, the 30-day window applies to each individual billing period.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email used at checkout to locate your order, or
2. Contact our support team through the dashboard and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the "Manage billing" link inside your dashboard. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
